The food is delicious. It's always fresh, well made, and if you have it delivered, it's insanely fast. I don't want to mislead, as the level of food is probably that of the ABSOLUTE best Chinese buffet ever, not some swanky high end Chinese restaurant. I typically get beef with broccoli, some fried rice, egg rolls, and egg drop soup. They have delicious dumplings also. All that said, the interaction while ordering is horrible. I won't talk to the lady who typically takes the orders because she gets borderline irate when I can't understand what she's saying. If they could get this handled, I'd gladly give a 5 star rating.

I'm giving this place a two-star review because of how rude they were on the phone. Mainly the lady who works there. My boyfriend asked a simple question and she snapped at him. So the order we placed we never went to pick up. We didn't even bother to cancel it. That made them below up our phone back to back. I'm sorry but we will not be treated that way over a simple question regarding their food and how we are paying for it. So they wasted some of their product because of their lack of customer service. We have eaten from there before and their general sao Chicken and chicken lo mein is delicious. However I'm huge on customer service. I don't care how amazing the food is, I won't waste money on it if you treat your customers like they are an idiot.

I have always been a fan of this restaurant. When I googled Great Wall maumelle I got the number to this location. After arriving to pick up my order in maumelle I realized that the order was made somewhere else. The nor store called me as I was leaving, wondering where I was. When I tried to explain what happened, the lady on the phone said "Never call here again!!! F YOU!" ;0 That's not very nice. Haha

I got seasame chicken and it was a bunch of chunks of chicken and I had to keep pulling small peices out of my teeth. It only had 1 table and it was occupied so we had to eat at our hotel. Luckily we didn't have to pay to carry it out.

After you get their food you might as well go to kroger and get some meat to put in the dinner? For the price we paid, almost $40 for 3 meals delivered, it would have been nice to get chicken with the chicken lo mein. All 3 dinners were supposed to include meat but you had to really poke around to find some....They may have saved a buck by shorting our order but they will never see my money again and hopefully anyone ready this....

Be diligent about checking them on their prices. They will nickel and dime you any chance they get. The menu on the counter says 7.50 for curry chicken, 2.50 for the complete dinner and 0.25 for the crispy noodles. I was told a total price that sounded pretty close, I paid, then waited for my food and thought nothing of it. When I was handed my take out, the receipt on the bag said 7.95 for the curry chicken, 2.95 for the complete dinner and 0.50 for the crispy noodles. All in all, I know it only was a difference of about a dollar, but it's the fact that they know the price is different and don't mention it to the customer, hoping he/she doesn't notice. Customer beware. A dollar is a dollar and it seems like even more than a dollar when it feels like it was swindled....so maybe the menu is outta date.......but for over 2 years now...?

Absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced. We found their website as the menu on yelp was really bad and tried to order off of it not only are the prices wrong on their menu but some of the items we wanted to order were not on the menu any more nor were they updated. The person taking the order would not let you get the order out before she was telling you what you were ordering which was not on the menu! We tried explaining that we were on their website and what the menu said. She had to go talk to someone when she came back we asked to speak to the manager and we were told she is the manager. After telling us what the price was and hanging up we figured the price was off by quite a bit when we called back for an explanation of the charges she was very rude and told us she did not want to deliver to us. When she calmed down and got off the phone we talked about it and decided we would rather order from someone who would appreciate our business so we cancelled our order and ordered from Papa John's. (At least they have great phone service skills) Stay away from this place!

I was on a long road trip and called in a delivery from this place at my hotel. I got the pork dumplings and triple crown Hunan style with pork fried rice. They give you an absolute obscene amount of dumplings. They are pretty tasty too. The triple crown is just okay as is the pork fried rice.

If you are looking for chinese takeout this is your place. I drive 15 minutes to get here and pass four chinese restaurants along the way. Portions are big enough for a very very hungry man. Great value, fresh amazing food. Definitely not a dine-in.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
